The location was great! We were in town for a concert and this was not too far from the auditorium. The facility was nice and the breakfast was good. We were staying for two nights. The first night we came back from the concert and ran out to get some snacks at a convenience store down the street. When we came back the fire alarm was going off they were evacuating the building. There was a fire in the building and they called the fire department and they came it took almost 5 hours for them to find the source of the fire give us the ok to go back to our room. Our room and clothes smelt like smoke and they had opened the windows in our room to help clear the the smoke out. The hotel did only charge us for for our second night that we stayed there which was much more restful. Overall the hotel was nice and convenient to Atlanta and a decent price.

Amazing customer service, very clean facilities and amazing southern hospitality! On-site General manager was amazing and friendly while we were visiting for our daughter‘s birthday. They even gave her a sweet birthday card that meant the world to her. When I say they go above and beyond they really do. The kids loved the pool and Mom and Dad really enjoyed the breakfast. All staff members that we met including breakfast and floor attendants were extremely friendly and were always asking if we needed anything. We will definitely return!

Breakfast choices were wonderful, and the hours for breakfast were extended far beyond any hotel I've ever stayed at, which was appreciated. Beds were comfy, and the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathroom were bigger than what other hotels have offered. They were accommodating with early check-in, and the noon checkout was later than most hotels I've stayed at. Price was reasonable. All around, very pleased.

We droved from Ohio. Leaving a 0600 Saturday morning and driving straight to the hotel. 11 hours. From the moment we entered the parking lot, checking in, the warm cookies and cold lemon water was refreshing. Very clean lobby and the receptionist was very friendly. Our room was very comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast staff was friendly and the check out quick. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Also, Deshantey, new Assistant Hotel Manager is very professional, calm under pressure and so sweet and friendly! Because of these two team members we will stay here every time we come to Atlanta to visit our granddaughter. We’re from Wyoming and these ladies treated us like their family! Thank you so much!
